Teleconference transcription

With businesses being about connecting with a global network, teleconference calls can be a vital link between your company and your investors and you therefore need to find a company that is experienced with teleconference transcription. If you want teleconference transcription that is accurate, you need to have clear recordings and we trust that the following will be of use to you, especially if you are only researching the possibility of conference calls and conference call transcription.

  • Find a teleconference service that suits all your requirements, e.g. will they record your calls for you and let you have a copy of the audio after the event? You will often find our teleconference transcription fees are cheaper than conference call providers. You may find it possible to record the calls yourself and we are happy to advise you on how best to do this (click here)
  • When you are ready to take part in the teleconference, make your call from a quiet location, ensuring that nobody will burst into the room whilst you are taking part in the teleconference
  • Turn off the ringer of any telephones in the room and turn off mobile phones, the silent signals these send out will be picked up by audio recording equipment
  • Remember that if your phone has an on-hold service (i.e. voicemail, advertisements, standard recorded messages or music) that you will need to disable this prior to taking part in a teleconference call, that includes call waiting.

  • Avoid using mobile phones, cordless phones, speakerphones and Internet telephone services for your conference, as they often pick up static and background noise. We have not tries using Internet telephone services but know that with new innovation services such as Skype now feature conference calling and we would be interested to hear from clients who have successfully held Internet based Skype teleconference calls.

  • If you are unsure about teleconference recording or how successful the conference call will be, test the equipment out first. Set up a short teleconference call in your own office between another branch office to test out how the service works before you set up a full meeting and invest in teleconference transcription services such as ours

We split our services into premium rate (24 hour turnaround), mid-range rate (48 hour turnaround) and standard rate (72 hour turnaround).
