| Video
transcription / VOX POPS transcription is a specialised area of
service that we offer to mainly to universities, schools or arts
institutes where video interview transcription is required. VOX POPS are
often used by clients who wish to get feedback, on the street with
passers by. We have worked with universities who have asked us to
provide video
transcription / VOX POPS transcription of their students work or
students feedback on their courses or university, these later being used
for promotion of the university or course. Media courses often ask for video
transcription / VOX POPS transcription and ask us to assist them.
We also work alongside schools to transcribe presentations given by
their students in exam situations where a transcript of their video
presentation is required.
All video transcription / VOX POPS transcription is carried out in the following way. We convert the video to a PC based video file (streaming video/audio), with a resultant PC based video file and an audio file. The audio is transcribed as per the clients instructions and the audio and video file can be given to the client free of charge at the end of the transcription process if required, along with their original recording. This enables our clients to have a version of their video transcription / VOX POPS transcription on computer alongside their video or VOX POPS presentation.
