Video transcription

Video transcription is a specialised area of service that we offer to our clients, transcribing from standard video cassettes, DVS, digital video or streaming video online. Our clientele have included arts institutes, film presenters, documentary makers, life coaches, consultants and corporate clients who wish us to carry out video transcription of their corporate events or workshops.

All video transcription  is carried out in the following way. We convert the video to a PC based video file (streaming video/audio), with a resultant PC based video file and an audio file. The audio is transcribed as per the clients instructions and the audio and video file can be given to the client free of charge at the end of the transcription process if required, along with their original recording. This enables our clients to have a version of their video transcription on computer alongside their video presentation.

We take video recordings of 10 minutes or longer, but should you have a very small clip that needs transcribing please be advised we have a minimum charge of £20.00 for clips under 10 minutes in length and do not charge a per audio minute rate for video that is less than 10 minutes in length.
